K.MICHAEL accepts all major credit cards via direct checkout and/or Paypal. Payment is due immediately. If the payment has not been paid, the sale will be canceled. You do not need to have a paypal account to make a payment. You can use a debit card or credit card to make a payment.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
* Current processing time is 1-3 weeks from date of purchase.
Shipping time in the United States will take 3-5 business days. Once your item ships you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
All Changes on Orders must be made within 24 hours. NO EXCEPTIONS.
$5 USPS First Class Shipping (with tracking, takes 3-5 business days); Flat Rate
$15 Priority Shipping with Insurance / This does NOT mean the processing time will be expedited – takes 1-3 days
$30 Express Shipping (1 business day)
$45 Rush Shipping / This means your order will be rushed and shipped out within 72 hours with 1-3 days shipping time
**We strongly suggest selecting Insured Shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It’s the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing.**

We do not ship international but do through our Etsy Store here: kmichaelstyle.etsy.com
**If an error happens on our behalf we will fix the mistake but do not issue refunds. Please email us email@example.com to fix the mistake.
If you order a necklace or choker and the chain length does not work, we do charge a $10 restocking/labor/return shipping fee. The chain has to be unworn.
Please read all our policies before ordering. Please read all descriptions and ask any questions that you may have before making a purchase. Our goal is to stock items in the best condition and never worn. If you feel that an item was misrepresented please email us the day you receive your order.
If you do have a return from an error on our part you can ship back but please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. Buyer is responsible for return shipping (I will gladly pay for the return shipping on any error on our part).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Each piece of jewelry is packaged in a hand-painted box or small bag, ready for gifting!
